Bodyweight Basics: Mastering Push-ups and Pistol Squats for Strength and Confidence
Bodyweight fundamentals made accessible to all! Sara and Lucus are approachable and their training provides an excellent path to getting strong and fit, and it can help you overcome the most common excuse for skipping exercise - that you don’t have time to get to the gym. All you need to do is move your body and you can do it anytime, anywhere! We choose two of the most useful and fundamental bodyweight training exercises for the upper body and lower body: The Push-up + The Pistol Squat.

The push-up comes in many shapes and sizes. In this workshop we'll cover ways to modify a push-up practice to make it more accessible as well as ways to challenge yourself in a push-up practice to make it more fun and interesting.

The pistol squat is a one legged squat and it can be intimidating to beginners but there are many ways to make it accessible for everybody.Come to this workshop to learn about all the different ways to get strong with push-ups, pistols, and build confidence in your ability!
