Women's Wellness on the Water

Discover the beauty of Lake DeGray's Islets Cove Paddle Trail by kayak or paddleboard. Join Anne for a scenic tour around the lake, including a brief stop for a swim and stretch. Be on the lookout—local wildlife sightings are possible! Please come prepared with a bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses. Note that dry bags are not provided. Remember to bring a towel and water shoes for your return.
